Made an offer to buy her item (because I was using old carousell app and could not chat with buyer unless I made an offer). She accepted the deal rightaway before I had clarified details. I then told her politely that I was going to pass on the item and she got unhappy and posted a neg review. On my part, I should not have made an offer and I apologise. However, I don't think that she should have gotten angry and posted a neg review when someone decides not to buy your item.
