A disappointing experience when the seller didn't update me on the item and sold it behind my back. If the item was inquired before me, just tell. A lousy packer too. My previous doll was damaged even after I reminded them to pack well. Buyers beware.

Very sorry about your experience; and I have also apologised multiple times in our chat. While I have bubble wrapped it and added a lot of stuffings, what happens at post office is out of my control. Also I understand you're upset probably because you have met other very diligent sellers who update all their buyers on all their item's status, but for myself, I work on a first-pay-first-serve basis. Sorry once again, and have a good day.
