Seller insists that the package didn’t arrive due to mail delivery (and claims it’s not within her control). Regardless, no follow up from her side. I have to do all the questioning/asking her what are her next steps to take. Seller then finally says she will return me the money, and asks for my acc number. Gave her the number, but still no response from her. Seller insists it’s due to her phone problems, still she should remain responsible and check her app regularly when making an exchange.
