was assured item is working fine but tested with defect after brought home. seller unwilling to even share the parts replacement cost when requested. pushing the fault away by saying i might be the one that swapped the defected parts. felt so irresponsible. can only said is my unlucky day. Pls deal with caution on what you get. once bitten twice shine. this serve a msg to all buyer to remember to check properly. dont let trust kick in as you will be at the losing end still.
Buyer integrity is important. If you have deliberately damaged the impeller to get a replacement unit from me, I will not honour it. I should have taken the pump apart and taken pictures if I had the knowledge to do so to prevent this incident. From my track records, all negative comments were from people who did not honour their bids or try to disturb, never on condition/ serviceability of items. My advice is caveat emptor, since you know how to open the pump, open it and check before purchase
