Not recommended. I accepted a lower offer to accommodate this buyer, yet he is unwilling to commit to any of the three options provided (two meetup locations and a delivery). After securing a discount, the buyer showed signs of flaking by telling me to 're-offer to someone else' rather than honoring the deal. This user lacks commitment & creates unnecessary friction after offer is accepted.
