Follow-up review
Made a deal with the seller, however rejected it upon collecting as it wasn't what we wanted. The seller then proceeded to say my parents were hard to deal with and need to make a big fuss about it as we were self-collecting it at your convenience (home) without you to travel.

Thank you for the follow up review. We are actually not responsible for the teaching on how to use the wheelchair as it is simple and easy to use. But we have explained and done so to the best of our abilities and knowledge. We have been aggreeing upon the wheelchairs functions both before and after purchasing. However there is conflict between your parents about the purchase and went back to my home to get refund and so we did. We hope that the transaction goes smoother in future. Thank you.
