Seller is friendly with prompt response and item came with Impressive packaging. But the photos she posted are taken from the authentic BV bag which are DIFFERENT from the actual item. I even double checked with her if the photos are what I will receive and she said yes! Waited excitedly and ended up with disappointment as someone else is selling the exact bag at 25% of her price in carousell..
