My 1st ever negative review. Waited a week before he posted out the item. Upon receipt, brand new item (I double confirmed with him via chat some more) was obviously swatched on all four of the eyeshadow palettes. Item expires in 4 months time and it was not mentioned at all. Msged him that the item is not as described, and he says not his item, how would he know?! Didn’t provide any solution or explanation, and told me to just deal with it. Deal at your own risk!
