She said the size is 36. But the size tag says its XS/ 28. She said she only has worn the dress for 1 hour to take photo, turned out that it's so used and smelly, now there's disgusting smell in all my house!Dishonor and misleading seller. Then when I asked a refund, she left aggressive words for me as feedback!! I have taken a photo of your feedback and will report it.
Hi kelly, Please go to any desigual outlet and let the staffs justify the authenticity. Which i can guarantee u that it is 100% authentic though u disagree. Our dressses are from size 36 to 46. Size 36 is an xs, 38 is an s. Size for desigual dresses runs big. The dress u bought is from Spring 2015 Collection. Thanks. And in regards to the size, i stated in the description that it is size 36. Fits Xs to a small m. Dont blame me when u did not read it properly.

Ended up she pm and said she will pass. -ve Edit And you replied using carousell that you will pass. That is very unreasonable of you to accuse Me? She said I should have texted her... I didnt state that i will transfer by 6pm. I didnt say "i'll pass" either. Everything you typed is invalid. And its all downright to one thing, you were just angry that i did not buy your item in the end. So that concluded to this right? Thankyou for the dishonest and negative feedback. Affected much. Hahahha. Yes, i havent transfer u the money yet. But in my opinion, the least that u can do is to text me and ask. I must have overlooked our deal. I didnt say im going to back out.
