Seller was friendly, item mailed promptly. However was not informed that item was already opened when stated BNIP, the packaging was torn already. Seller confirmed that item was unused although previously opened. Seller did apologise, thus would not leave a bad feedback as seller is genuine. Therefore leaving a neutral one.

Item was claimed by seller to be lost in mail. But claimed was made ONLY after buyer request for an update despite of the buyer giving ample of time and waiting for an update of the status. Disappointed with seller and have to give a deserving negative feedback. Not trying to be a difficult buyer, but if only seller could be abit proactive and automatic enough in following up with the status of the item and letting buyer know. Thanks
5 days late payment, brushed it off. 2 days late reply cuz I was in the hospital for surgery, true that its my fault for a late reply. Mailed out as soon as I could, right ON the day I DISCHARGE. Mail didn't arrive, updated her within a day's time saying that I will check for her mail if it returns. Buyer constantly spammed Everyday, even on sat and Sunday asking if mailed as arrived, replied nicely that it was most probably lost and I will still keep a look out for it. End result? this rage
