Never again with this dodgy seller. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻All the buyers out there please make sure you check the items before you pay for it specially if it’s for postage. I bought this crappy Ray ban eyeglasses via postage and to my surprise it has cracked on the frame, useless!!! This seller putting the blame to the courier but hard case don’t have dents or damaged. I demand a refund but she refused.
Item damaged in transit. Buyer was abusive and blamed me, while I acted as a responsible seller to assist with the process of claiming compensation (asked Carousell for advice, called Australia Post, etc). Buyer lied about going to Australia Post to claim damages to the item during shipping (I called and checked), and then tried to bully me into refunding them without going through Carousell Support. Carousell acknowledges buyer has acted inappropriately and negative feedback remains on system.
