Sold resealed product for $180, said he didn’t know it was resealed but refused to give comp or refund for selling tampered item even after proof. can see from pics, packs alrdy had tears, bad gluing, smooth ridges on packs and ZERO hit cards. Opened within 1.5hrs frm purchase and still accused me of doing faking it. No integrity, no accountability. ZERO compassion and guilt. STAY AWAY.

Like store policies, I cannot give a refund for opened products. If the box was resealed, you could’ve pointed it out during our meet-up and cancelled the purchase. Furthermore, I didn’t blame you and accuse you of faking it, but pointed out that it was a possibility that I have to take into precaution. Moreover, guilt-tripping not just me but ALSO my family is not the approach to any situation, but instead an encroachment of privacy and invasion. Please take my situation into consideration too.
