Buyer failed to hire the appropriate movers for moving the cupboard. Despite helping out of goodwill, buyer unreasonably demanded for seller to bear the cost of time incurred for wrapping the cupboard. Our personal time was sacrificed due to her poor planning but she had the audacity to demand for compensation. Buyer's choice of words was offensive and tried to withhold the payment.
The lalamove driver cancelled at the last minute. The new driver was unprepared and miscommunicated his ability to handle the job. I didnโt know about this until the seller called me and angrily complained. Then, on top of that, the sellerโs elevator was broken, so this is what caused the delay, which caused me an extra charge from the driver. Seller was completely awful to me, despite the fact that it was their elevator causing the delay. Awful experience.
