Item listed as new but there were a few contacts in the phonebook. I don't mind if the phone is still good to use. However, the phone blank out barely a week of use. When I check battery compartment, it looks as if it has been in storage for sometime as the sponge at the cover has disintegrated. I have to junk the phone. Bad deal!

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you faced this problem. 1. My daughter took out phone once to check it was working. May have fed in numbers but phone was never used. 2. Yes it was kept for a bit unused which is why I sold it. Please allow me to reimburse you cost of new battery so that you can use it.
