Product was faulty! It dows not display body temparature and only states Lo/Hi which is not what was advertised. The surface mode is unusable as well since it does not take temperature when set to °C and when changed to °F it stays to the default 32.0. I've tried it on hot and cold surfaces but still the same outcome. Seller is unresponsive after being confronted. Seems like they didn't try it 1st
