Pleasant transaction.

Bought a set of PJ Mask toys and when received, we found that one of the toy doesn't make a sound when we press on the button. Feedback to seller and all she could say is they can't do refund nor exchange. Mind you, I bought a set not just 1 or 2. The least you can do is to exchange it. You've told me that you checked BUT I don't think so as it is well sealed with the white stripes (tat disconnect it from the battery) at the back of each toy. Disappointed with seller and the product.
