He made an offer which was accepted and started to ask for additional photos (why?) then he made another offer in my similar ad that completely confused me so I declined both offers as I don’t want to spend my time on people who makes offers before getting decisions.

Do not deal with this seller. Agreed to meet up to deal and i travel all the way to jurong from hougang to get the item. After i msg i reached the place, ended up saying cannot deal because phone suddenly not working. Went MIA. Warning, do not fall for this person's scam..deal at your own risk.
