Buyer claimed that it too expensive and kept asking to bring down the price hence I take it as a no since he did not mention that he is willing to accept the stated amount .Seller definitely have the rights to sell to those who willing to accept the stated amount. Kind of surprise that he still can leave random negative feedback on seller :(
