Most likely a scammer - not sure how he got all the positive reviews (and a neutral recently). Ordered two bottles of alcohol from him - was promised delivery. Delivery was delayed twice, so he offered to refund me - which I accepted. Refund never came through despite multiple instances of prompting. A month later, he ghosted me and disappeared. Not even active on Carousell anymore.
