Adrian was very responsive and answered all my questions on Carousell before we met. He arranged to pick up a luggage from a customer so I could judge the quality for myself because he was running out of stock. He was available for viewing, and after comparing sizes and weights we purchased 2 luggages from him (ABS model in black l, size L and XL) that he even delivered himself. Great seller.

After researching & comparing different sellers in Carousell, I decided to get my first Aluminium luggage from Adrian that comes with One year warranty. 5 Stars! The Quality & Customer Service is top notch. At first, I plan to order from Shopee but realised is quite risky bec I couldn’t see the actual quality of the bag. I also checked out Iuiga shop but it was very heavy and of poor workmanship.

Follow-up review

My sis purchased one from Shopee and one of the luggage wheel broke and the pull up handle is faulty after one holiday trip. Shopee has many cheap luggages with poor quality. And they don’t offer any warranty. So I bought another one for my sis. Thank you Adrian for the discount! We will support you again!
