買家原先只要求順豐到付，並未提出要到順風站寄出，收到貨物後最終運費相差$5(與上門取件相比)而向賣家作出投訴，已解釋公司附近最近順風站要步行20分鐘，買家仍未接受。

運費原價只相差 $5(上門取件與到店寄出)，$53 vs $48，買家收到貨件後說因為最近順豐到店寄出有特價優惠而無理地投訴運費為何相差一倍，賣家已解釋順豐作出優惠不在賣家控制範圍內，不幸地買家最終都未能接受，而對賣家作出一星負評，無言以對…..

$26 vs $53 所謂優惠，其實係自01/06/2024嘅本地運費調整，賣家用嘅上門收件令到運費貴咗一倍。賣家享受了上門收件的服務，竟然要買家埋單。根本原因係賣家去sf站寄都懶，最近sf站要一個地鐵站距離懶得行，唔識搭車？
