seller accepted my offer and scheduled meet up date and location but last minute told me he was unable to secure the tickets on time so he couldn't sell it to me. so he was selling tickets he didn't have on hand.... looks like he does this quite often, accepting deals but keeps looking for someone to offer higher then he dips. he does the same thing on another account "tay2897"
