[System Feedback] This user has an ongoing unresolved transaction for an item sold that is untrue to description.

I usually prefer no giving review than giving bad review. But unfortunately this behaviour need to be reported. The item was broken and not usable. This can be a mistake or negligence but when I reported him the broken piece to find a solution, he directly stopped answering me (phone, WhatsApp, carrousel chat...)
