Made offer and discussed all kinds of details (eg. pay deposit and ask seller to wait for 2 weeks for her salary to come in & etc)... and then said her "Friend" doesn't want to purchase (: please think and consider carefully before making offer!

I dont think i did anything wrong here. What i did was relevant in asking because the deposit is non refundable so fairly, i had to ask and be sure. And it is the nature of selling and buying to ask and then to take time to think about it. I hope you as a seller understand the nature of buyers seeing as u have 8 years of experience but you still act new in this. Please also consider your buyers ya before rushing and forcing ur buyers.
