Terrible to deal with, sold me a dirty carpet full of pet hair even though I told her I was allergic. The rug was not clean at all as she said. She should be ashamed of selling items in this condition!
I cleaned it and vacuumed it for you. I sealed it with plastic bag and did everything I can to help. I told you to go to the laundry store one more time before using. Why do you think you can buy a living room size big carpet with that cheap amount of money? Cuz you need to clean it before using too.
