Seller said I can get a refund or exchange for the item if it is spoilt. I went home to test on 2 different laptops several times but the item could not work. Contact the seller through sms and calling, but she went MIA, and also did not turned up when we are meeting for refund.
Firstly, to address the 'noshow' i did accommodate for your refund request, but repeated occasions of you not being able to make it and insist that i meet at your convenient timing, so in the end nothing was arranged. If you could pick up the item at my block i believe the timing issue was just your part on complicating the otherwise straightforward refund process Secondly, deal was made months ago and you come expressing your unhappiness only now. Please be rational here
