I chose not to continue transacting with this buyer because they kept insisting on changing the agreement from payment-first to COD last minute, even after I made it clear that I had a no COD policy. They also came off as harassing or creepy because they made suggestions such as becoming friends on FB and asking me to go to a private address for them to agree to a payment-first transaction.
