based on reviews from other sellers, seems like this buyer is a chronic anyhow-click-make-offer-and-disappear person. i had a similar experience, no prior communication, came to make an offer, but subsequently didn't reply when asked when to trade. disappointed

buyer finally responded. we're supposed to meet last week, after a bit of nego of time, meet up was postponed to this week cus buyer had to go msia. and this week, buyer sent his/her uncle for the meet up. uncle was very early and polite.
