low baller, started negotiating by going with extremely low prices and once agreed after multiple attempts, said will consider first. After that agreed to proceed but then when asked about payment, asked to postpone to September. when September came, I followed up a few times but no reply at all despite being Online. wouldn't recommend this buyer at all. a waste of time.
