【不愉快的體驗 - 缺乏同理心交收】 本人於本次交易中深感失望。賣家堅持指定荃灣廣場面交，卻完全未考慮買方實際情況：我公司在柴灣，與荃灣站直線距離超過20公里，而荃灣廣場更需從地鐵站步行15分鐘以上，等同強迫買家耗費近2小時跨區奔波。 香港順豐服務完善且收費合理，多數賣家皆提供寄件選項，唯此賣家以「只限面交」為由拒絕協商。此舉不僅缺乏商業彈性，更顯露對買家時間與交通成本的全然漠視。所謂「交易」應建立在雙方互惠基礎上，而非單方面強加不合理條件。 強烈建議住港島或偏遠區域的買家慎重考慮，除非您願意額外付出大量時間金錢配合賣家強硬要求。本次體驗足以反映賣家服務意識薄弱，希望下次要買家訴求。
