After using the laptop for less than a week the screen started to flicker and was very glitchy, it was said to be an issue with the screen, the repair costs was RM1000+, when I told the seller and asked for a refund he was willing to give me rm200 which I agreed because that was the max he was wanted to give, I paid 3K for a working laptop but now with the repair costs will be 4K, please becareful

If the screen issue it should have happened on the spot during our COD meeting or the next day atleast. Who knows u might accidentally dropped or spilled water on the laptop. Anyway thanks for a bad review. I will keep improving & apologies for the inconvenience cause.
