Follow-up review

Buyer suggested that I sold her a defective item. Item was perfectly intact at handover. I volunteered to help dismantle the boxes for ease of transportation, I didn’t have to do that. Buyer accidentally ripped off a piece of the box during dismantling, and he knew because I pointed it out to him. Pls be fair with your comments.
