Fact: 3 wood slats of the frame were not original and poorly replaced, bed cannot open full . this is huge mislead. I asked how we can settle, not a word of apologies, super defensive and even could call me not reasonable. "u bought second hand, u should expect this". "if u want brand new, go to Ikea."
