Seller told me this was a VIP ticket, but when I arrived, my seat was actually in the third row from the back. I bought based on the VIP description, but no refund was provided.

Seller first collected deposit then refunded as she decided not to sell. Later had tickets again and collected deposit. I couldn’t make it in the end but informed her in advance. 20% deposits were forfeited. Overall seller still helpful
