More than 2 hours late, not a word of sorry. Perhaps that’s the reason why offer was intentionally not made until after the sale so there was no commitment to buy? (You asked to meet at 4ish (work hrs) though listing was for meeting after work hours. We accepted, you don't show up, neither did you indicate that you were going to be late until we asked and chased). Hope you understand that people have meetings, call conferences, commitments in office. Can't standby for your sudden appearance.
