The sofa’s description says it’s like new, excellent condition, looks almost brand new. But in actuality it’s not. I didn’t question the post because the seller has good reputation in Carousell. But it’s so sad that the sofa we received is a fixer upper. I got the sofa for 12k, but spent additional 16k just to reupholster it. I wish I could take back time and just bought a brand new sofa instead.

1st time to leave a low rating here in carousell. First i asked if the unit still comes with the box & she said yes. After payment she said wla na daw box & was refunded 100 pesos. Whats disappointing is, the listing photo is far from what I receivd. Item was described as “lightly used” but looks well used. It has pink prints on the paper compartment &looks like a refurbished unit from foodpanda.

Hi! I did mention that the unit was used by us therefore there will be signs of usage however the unit works perfectly fine with no damage in the screens or whatsoever. The box that was supposed to come with it was accidentally thrown away by the helper which was why I offered a refund. If this greatly disappointed you, wish you could’ve just canceled and I would’ve refunded the amount in full 😅
