I understand some tickets couldn’t be secured due to fan club priority sales, which wasn’t the service’s fault. However, I was disappointed to miss out on the concert add-on benefits because the latest organizer updates weren’t properly followed. if I’m the one constantly checking and forwarding updates, I might as well purchase the tickets myself and what’s the point paying for a ticket service.

I found Luq through Thread recommendation and was a bit skeptical because the way of him replying to me 😭 (I’m wrong guys) but he is trusted guys! BTS coming to KL is a literal bloodbath since they are high demand group and to be able to secure tickets can be impossible but he managed to secured the tickets!
