She made an offer to purchase my item. We even set the date and time to meet. However, she backed out very last minute and didn't even tell me she's not purchasing anymore, just told me she can't meet and went MIA. Refused to reply to my messages. Shouldn't make an offer if you haven't come to a decision. Wasted my time taking photos of the item and confirming meet up.
