Very pleasant transaction until for reasons (out of my control) I had to back out of the deal. My fault, am aware, but seller unfortunately became (unnecessarily, I opine) very critical and dealt only in absolutes whilst he himself has been reviewed to have been backing out of deals in the past. Place offers on his items at your own risk - caution to all please.

Seller was always cordial throughout interaction and was very responsive on text. Shame that I had to back out of the deal, but experience remains commendable.
1 year ago (edited)I have learnt my lesson back then hence I did not do it again. So learn from your lesson not to inconvenience others with your personal problems. Whether you have done it out of good faith or not, it is still unacceptable to inconvenience others by missing out on many potential buyers over the past few weeks. If you have given the offer and reserve the item, stick to it.
