Item was priced at $12 but buyer thought she could get a product quality of $120 from it and wanted refund but was refused because we did all we could to display accurate information and state of product but just because buyer couldn't get the quality she wants by only paying TWELVE DOLLARS and hence LEFT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.
