Irresponsible seller. We have agreed on the deal and discussed on meet up details. But she subsequently informed me that she is letting go the item to another buyer who offered a higher price
We have not entered into a fixed date and time to meet and things were left hanging. When an opportunity to meet the next day to transact arised, i took this opportunity. I have also informed you about it. Its not like we had any agreement in the first place. I do not see why a negative rating was given.
