DO NOT TRANSACT WITH THIS SELLER. She already accepted my offer pero binigay sa iba na nag offer na mas mataas na presyo. Wala pa isang araw lumipas, dinahilan lang yung first to pay kahit wala naman siya sinabi at umagree naman siya sa transaction namin nung una.

Don’t be bitter. I think given na po na first to pay gets the item. Kayo po nagsabi na tom na lang magtransact. I agree since wala pa pong nag-inquire. May nag-inquire po after niyo, and nadeal na rin po ang transaction. Why are you mad na I gave it sa iba e I can’t force you to transact kagabi? Hindi rin po kayo nagsabi na sure buyer kayo, so I don’t see any issue of me addressing other people’s inquiries and secure the deal with them po.
