Please be fair and don’t mislead when you are the one who did not meet the agreement. All details were disclosed before arranging installation, which I personally coordinated. You agreed to the technician fees. The extra charge was only because your house lacked a required part, not included in the standard Cuckoo set, and this was explained by the technician. Even after I gave a discount, you intentionally paid less than the agreed amount. I have always been transparent and fair in this deal.
