Seller claimed no defect at all, but white top was received with unremovable dark stains in the front. I would not have proceeded to buy if seller had disclosed it, not sure if this was a case of me being fussy.
transaction was smooth initially, even sent her photos of the item and she was ok with it. I also checked the item before mailing and there's no stain but buyer pointed out a small stain. nonetheless offered her full refund of what she paid except for return postage but buyer was petty enough to request me to pay for postage as well 😓 even shops like lovet doesn't pay for return postage

alr mentioned that I'll be overseas till end of mth so won't be as responsive, and there's no wifi past few days so I couldn't check in but I guess buyer wasn't as patient. anw, checked the item and the stain buyer mentioned was removable and my parents managed to remove it but it came back with an unremovable stain at another spot lmao also saw another similar review so be careful when dealing!

Not sure why I was asked to bear return postage in order to get my rightful refund cos I was a sincere buyer while she did not disclose defect? That shouldn’t be compared to returns based on change of mind. Edit: there were multiple stains but seller thought I was referring to one stain initially. She also said her parents would settle the refund I have sent the defected top back, but have not receive full refund till date.
