I was not satisfied with the item. Issues about the item were not indicated in the description. The shoes is damaged that I can't make use of it. I asked for refund but she refused, insisting that her "friend" (who owns the shoes apparently) already used the money and seller won't take responsibility for it. She even have the audacity to tell me that I should not blame her for the item she's selling.
