Buyer is extremely undecisive and inconsiderate. Backed out at the last minute (I had to reject 3 offers and buyer showed no genuine remorse) and refused to abide by my t&cs(which I stated to read before dealing at start of listing). Went MIA after confrontation and gave lame excuses like "I accidentally left an offer". Did not bother to even correct their mistake and ran away from the problem.
