本人的買賣post已列明，如要選擇郵寄，會以順豐到付方式寄出，當貨物寄出後，買家質問本人為何沒有包運費，實在莫名其妙。 本人回應他本人從沒承諾包運費。買家不服，收到貨件後，拆除配件拍照後，用相片質問我。他訛稱配件不齊，要求退貨。其後更用粗言穢語辱罵本人。
