Claimed condition was 10/10 so i gave him the benefit of doubt but item was defected. He blamed me for negligence. It is not a written rule that you have to check on the spot, and I replied 5 hours later and it is not even days later. I wasn't even blaming him and was seeking confirmation on whether the album was defected due to shipping, but he decided to reply rudely and blaming it on me. Also, you should have asked me to check if you feel that your way of dealing is the proper one.
