Communication was fine until the aftermath of sale. The state of bag wasn't communicated honestly. I reached out to Carousell after my msg to seller wasn't read for days. I had asked if the straps were cracked - seller said "no cracks". There are cracks all over the straps that couldn't be overlooked. I understood the item was stated as imperfect-but my further question was answered deceitfully:(
