(1)各位師兄朋友，您哋好。 (2)一般接受郵寄 / 鑽石山站交收，其他時間地點相就。 (3)如項目標上癲價即不賣，暫時先展示吓。(4)可用郵寄方式，疫情期間盡量保持安全社交距離！請注意: 雙方分擔50/50風險。 (5)先前大維修，包起家中大部份物品，所以有些物品或要拆箱花些少時間搵搵。(6)個人不贊成收買轉售，我願意買碟買書，年青已開始持續不斷地買，儲咗許多年。因是愛書愛碟人仕所以物品保存較好。(6)腳受了傷9月才拆石膏，所以暑假期間只能屋苑交收 / SF派送 / 鑽石山站(早上)，視情況而定。

謝上次幫助. 這次U87, 我問你是否舊價, 你說要貴一點300, 我就照你說的出價, 你接受了和並已說好地點和傍晚時間, 我已沒權取消交易... 從我角度, 明顯你是先和我說好, 如交易前能有高價, 貨在你手, 就單方面不進行交易和取更高價買家. （我要U87的, 但師兄能可以收多些錢, 我理解的, 但不同意deal & accept offer後反口）thx
